The seagulls mean our hopes. The artist with canvases means all small businesses struggling to stay afloat. The couple in hats means the wealthy who can afford to be quarantined. The children on the scooters are the youth who are less exposed to COVID-19. Small figurines on the edge of the bank mean the elders are between land and the endless ocean…
